Is TTI Still Approving Status Change to O/O

I submitted my request to change to O/O on March 21, 2009 at the "Status Change Request" thread and as of Thursday April 02,2009 I have not received a response. Is there another thread I'm suppose to be using?

There is a bug in the system and therefore I am the only one who can change drivers at the moment. I am currently going threw the scripts and try to get it fixed as soon as possible
