does any one know how to solve this

"the application failed to start because the application is incorect"

its says to reinstall to fix the problem but it still doesnt work
it is version 0.36.2
download from rigs of rods website

managed to install patch some how dont know if it is the right one but i have this problem now
"the aplication failed to initilize properly (0xc0150002). click on ok to terminate"

if it helps im runnin windows xp service pack 3
