Not sure how well this would work, but wanted to throw it out there for anyone interested to "noodle" on.

What if there was an option to have say a set run or a LTL(less than truckload) division?  Both would be similar; obviously the set run is pretty self explanatory, come up with several regions that are close to one another and pick a few different companies to deliver to.  Example: You deliver X&Y from Nashville to Des Moines, the A&B from Des Moines to Nashville. Then maybe every days, weeks, or whatever, you either rotate regions or bid on another set run. You could even put a job board up for people to bid on certain runs periodically, like real companies do.

Then every round you complete, post the logs in the proper locations, then repeat process.

The LTL would be interesting also:

You could have it set up like this for example [my dad worked for a company that did this]

Week 1 you would run say the south/southeast TN,GA,FL,AL
Week 2 you would run either the east coast NY,PA, MA, VA, WV or Midwest
Week 3 West Coast....CA,WA,ID,etc
Week 4 (they actually only ran 3-weeks then had 1-week off)
You could do South/Southwest, TX,AZ,NM

All you would do is say have a list of companies you had to deliver to throughout each respective division.  and maybe some cargos(I have about 30-40 custom cargos, so I would use those) as well as backhauls to your home terminal; mine for example is Indianapolis.

Then the same as the set run, you just post at the end of the week your logs in their respective locales.

Could be a pretty cool thing, thoughts???

That and we have enough trouble getting the new drivers to understand how to get dispatched now.    Just think what this would do.
