Upload the picture you wanna use to a hosting service like Photobucket or Imageshack, then put the link to it in the Signature field on the bottom of the same page where you chose your avatar. Note though that the link must have image tags around it. Example:

[IMG]http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc316/18wosmodshop/Sigs/EleanorSignoshadow.png[/IMG]

Also note that these sites will automatically give you the IMG coded link to copy over after you upload the picture.
