SERIOUS lag when attempting to pull a trailer or use the wrecker or car hauler?

I do,
Some of the vehicles make my game lag like **** but I think they will be creating a fix for that too.

I get lag just about everywhere then again I have a strange AMD Athlon processor that acts strange like it is running a game that needs 2 Ghz and its a 1.1 Ghz processor!

Do not ask me how this is happening cause your guess is as good as mine.
